Holiday Inn Express Glenwood Springs Aspen Area, An Ihg Hotel, Glenwood Springs

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was convenient and beautiful, with easy access to the town's attractions, the room overlooked the smoking area, and the lingering tobacco smell was not pleasant. The service, particularly from Teal at the front desk, was exceptional, making our stay enjoyable. The dining options were fabulous, offering delicious meals, but the hotel itself lacked some facilities I would expect.
